Dachau, about 15km outside of Munich was the site of the first Nazi concentration camp, and they have a memorial museum which is both fascinating and horrific at the same time. The Nazi's built this when they came to power in 1933 and this became the model for all the other camps that followed. Rachel & Simon are two thirty somethings who packed in careers, rented the house out and left Australia in June 2006 for a 6 month working holiday in UK & Europe, followed by 12 months teaching at a school in Tanzania, East Africa. Beyond Dec 2007, who knows ???... full info
