Life is rough. I just finished a run on the treadmill, followed by a visit to the sauna, and am drinking a glass of red wine that a very fine gentleman in a tropical shirt brought me. I decided to skip the whirlpool today - I have gone four times in the past two days, and I don't want to overdue it. For dinner I will have the option of choosing up to four courses, and that takes a lot of work - it ... read more
