My earlier image of Che was destroyed during this trip. I learned that he advocated the murder and imprisonment of thousands of people who disagreed with his views. He justified this as neccesary to prevent a CIA backed coup like the one that occured in Guatemala. I believe that in order to create a just society you must use just means and that Che was ultimately blinded by his faith.
