Merhaba! And so my travels took me to the gateway of both Europe and Asia. Turkey. A short trip of 2 weeks awaited whilst I patiently waited for Brendan to arrive in Istanbul airport from Australia. Amazingly we were both on time and safely found our way from the airport to our hostel in the northern suburb of Beyoğlu.
