THE TOWN WAS A QUIET, SLEEPY BACKWATER UNTIL FEW YEARS AGO, BUT IT'S QUICKLY REINVENTING ITSELF AS A SOPHISTICATED CENTRE FOR THE NEW WAVE OF VISITORS PASSING THROUGH EACH YEAR.
