As a belated birthday treat for Cate (as if seeing a big tree wasn’t enough!), we’d arranged to have a skiing lesson at SnowPlanet (just outside of Auckland) and then we were allowed to spend as long as we wanted afterwards using the slope too ... awesome. We had an hour long lesson with just the two of us and the instructor, so we got lots of attention paid to all of our skiing deficiencie ... read more
