Our bus from BA arrived at 6am, 2hrs earlier than expected (shocking for South American standards) at the Argentinian border town of La Quiaca, 12 March. Now this is not such a bad thing except the border crossing does not open until 7am (Bolivia time is also 1 hour behind Argentina.. so 2 hours wait on that side) and it was freakin cold.
