Lunch stop on road between Sucre and Cochabamba

Bolivia is v cheap. A two course meal (soup plus a main course, usually meat, potatoes and rice) plus a bottle of pop at a roadside restaurant like this sets you back about 70p. At the moment I have lashed out on a 3 star penthouse appartment in Cochabamba, well my room is on the 7th floor has hot water and CNN tv, which is setting me back about 6 quid a night.
