Lighthouse - Gulf of Finland

It looks like a lighthouse but i can't say what was it. The tower is located several kilometers to north from Tallinn.

We were a bit embarrassed when we got on ferry board - How Tallinn looks like? Is it more interesting than Helsinki or Turku? We heard some positive opinions and some people recommended estonian capitol as worthy to visit. We hoped so.
