Back to Tanzania via Zanzibar January 15th 2010 So the plan has changed and with Uganda not having worked out we were set to return to Tanzania and start on the Island when the holiday period is over in late January . The cheapest and most direct way to get there from Jinja was Entebbe to Zanzibar! Seemed rude not to spend a few days on the glorious beaches on Kendwa/Nungwi on the northern tip of the Island again.

Having lived and worked in London's rat race throughout our twenties and now headlong in to our thirties it would be easy to exist in our comfortable lives with our material luxuries. But there was an itch that could not be reached and kept persisting. So with the slowdown in the economy one would think we should be holding on to our relatively safe jobs and careers.
