a busy day in prospect today, rose wants to go up into the hills to visit Kuranda which is a lovely old town up the top of the hills/mountains. we got up early and got into cairns to catch the 8.30 scenic railway up the mountain to kuranda. a very scary 1.45 hour journey that seems to go straight up the mountain, the views were spectacular all the way up and kuranda was very nice as well we had a ... read more
