Day 5 - Chomrong to Dovan - 420 metres descent , 955 metres ascent This was one of the hardest days trekking with a big descent into the valley and then a huge ascent back up the other side. It was made even harder with steps nearly the entire way making it even harder on the knees and legs... plus it was a balmy 17 degrees in the sun!!
