Yes, it's true. I loved Malaysia. I loved the diving. I loved the beach. I loved the people (most of them anyways). I loved the jungle. But with every great love story comes tragedy. This is a love story. Enjoy. The reason we would consciously avoid minibuses was because of the journey south from Krabi.
