We were really excited about the Gili islands. They are really really small and we didn't really know what to expect. We took our minibus to the port and caught the boat accross to Gilli Air. There are only two boats a day and so it was jam packed with locals and food deliveries, so we clambered on and sat where we could. There is no motorised transport on any of the Gili islands. After years of working hard and buying a house etc.etc, I am finally taking the plunge and have decided to travel to Australia for a big adventure.
This travel blog is is my global tracking device so you can all keep an eye on where I am and what I am upto!!!! and especially for anyone who thinks I am about to dissapear into the Australian outback without a trace (Deborah / Louise)!!!
With a 12 month working holiday Visa and a bit of cash in my pocket, I hope to see and experience lots and will enjoy telling you all about my travels. xxxx
