We arrived in Zanzibar in the late afternoon on Thursday, July 6th. Ryan's connections with the chef at Chef's Pride, in Dar had arranged for us to be picked up from the port and directed to a nice hotel in the middle of Stone Town called the Pyramid Hotel.
