DAY 350 It rained heavily in the night I mentioned to Andy that the large flap at the end of the tent needed putting down to stop everything getting wet, he muttered words like “It’s ok, I put the spirit level on it!” Ok, I thought I am not going to get much out of Andy, not that I was asking him to do it, but it is easier for him as I cannot reach the strap that holds the flap up, so I ... read more

Have you ever woken up one morning and wondered where the time went? It seems only yesterday that we were in our 20’s and the very next day you wake up and you are in your 40’s, how did that happen? When did that happen?
So feeling weary of a Corporate life and both of us feeling somewhat unsettled and craving for something a little different, life was a bit too orderly and dare I say a bit too easy, knowing that there was something out there, we needed an adventure so we set about getting an adventure and an adventure we have had.
