Western Breakfast at Holiday Inn
It was a fancy Holiday Inn, we asked how much a room would be on our return from Seoul and it was 1700 HKD=$219 too much for our budget in Asia.

We got up and had the best American breakfast since we have left the USA and it was at the Holiday Inn next to our hostel. I had an omelet and Pete had waffles and bacon with the best coffee, hmmmm. We then made our way to the bus stop that would take us the the Hong Kong Airport. All flights to and from Hong Kong are international, the only airport I have ever been to that is like that. We are two American's who decided after one of us got laid off in Jan 2009 and the other one of us who hated their boss to make a life change and move to China to make a go at starting our own company, travel, teach English and live in a completely different culture.
During our time in China we went from dating, to engaged and then got married during our summer back in the USA. Now we are on our 3rd go around with living in China and enjoying the ups and downs of living in a different culture.
We just never know what life changes will throw at us or how we will deal with those change. ... full info
