San Francisco was an interesting stop for me on my travels. I went with high hopes, which were shattered, but then remade into something even better than their original form. Lost? Let me explain.... When in Portland i was in a hiking shop and was reading about San Francisco and the number of hikes in the area which turned out to be quite a large number. I am 24 years old, and fear that the travel bug that is coursing through my veins will never leave. I seem to manage to restrain it for just long enough to get a nice bit of money under my belt, then I take that money and shoot off somewhere round the other side of the world.
Nothing compares to the excitement of landing in a new place and meeting so many new people with great stories to tell, or the freedom of being able to go anywhere at any time. With your life held on your back the world really is your oyster! ... full info
