We return to Souris harbor to get tickets to Isle de la Madeleine. The Bothan is measured so the transportation cost can be determined. It is a five hour trip north in the Gulf of St. Lawrence. It is a remote location with wonderful beaches and dunes. Since the Isle de la Madeleine is part of Quebec, the language is French and the visitors are mostly French.
