I left Medicine Hat on August 10th after a great time with family and friends. We spent a long weekend in Banff National Park. The girls went zip-lining and we had time to visit Lake Louise. Its always good to spend time with the girls, they are growing and becoming lovely young women. I look forward to next summer when Sarah graduates.
