The old saying is "it doesn't do any good in the locker" so we tied on our lines then tied on a load more for insurance

After a week of gale force winds on Paros and a forecast of the same for another week, we decided to travel the 200 plus miles north to the Sporades where the Meltemi wind doesn’t blow as strong. This blog is to keep our family and friends up-to-date with what we are up to in our nomadic life.
It all started when we left our London jobs to run a ski chalet in the French Alps in 1999. In 2000 we took our first trip aboard our yacht "Freedom" in the Mediterranean and have been sailing every summer to explore every coast. In 2006 we moved on from the chalet business to travel and find the worrld's special places. We found our house "Mango Lodge" in Dominica in 2008 and have spent a couple of years turning it into our special place. So here is a record of our travels since 2007...... full info
