La Casa de Pastel

The cake house is the house I stayed at with the whole family. It is big, made of wood, and full of windows and painted tile floors. The wind pulled off some of the hinged windows, and the house is on the verge of falling apart.
Puerto Progreso, Meeting the Family

This morning I took a taxi to the bus station, then had a 30 minute bus ride to Puerto Progresso and took another taxi to the city's famous "casa de pastel" or "cake house."
