I am a teacher and social activist engaged in searching for alternatives. I have been walking in the Himalayas for at least two months every year over a period of seventeen years. I have led several walks accompanied by students, teachers, peace and social activists from different parts of the world. I do this to raise awareness of deep ecology, to experience the spirit of rivers and mountains and to advocate the need education of the poor and underprivileged children all over the world.... full info
