Once on the road, we had to stop at Fredo World Famous Pies in Fredericton, NSW. Yes, 55 varieties of pies baked fresh daily. Steak, bean, & bacon anyone? Or is rabbit mulligatawny more to your taste?

How ya goin? We are a little behind on the holidays...Consider it a little Easter warm up for Christmas. These were taken when we travelled north to Byron Bay, NSW, for Easter Holidays.
