En vue de ce que nous avons vecu durant une semaine, le premier reflexe que nous ayons eu en arrivant a Lake Louise, petite ville tres touristique de 1500 habitants, fut de prendre un dejeuner digne de rois ! Nous primes donc de quoi nous restaurer pour 4 (chacun) au Laugan's®, etablissement ou travaille Jonathan - que nous avons rencontre quelaues jours auparavant - en tant que Supervisor.
