I am not sure what to write about my last 10 days at Kopan Monastery. In fact, the results of my time in Kopan might not be visable for some time. Each day I would write in my journal and each day was different. One day I would be frustrated with not making any progress on my meditation, being hungry and not satisfied from the food, or over whelmed with the amount of information we had received. ... read more
