Day 156 This morning we woke early Moscow time, quite late local time (4 hours ahead). It didn't matter as we had all day on the train today. We spent our time reading, playing games on the DS and listening to music on the Ipod. The train made several stops on the way where we could go onto the platform for some fresh air. We are leaving on January 27th with our rucksacks and travelling for 6 months, returning on 11th July. Below is our itinerary and we hope to update an Internet Travel Blog and include the web address below if you want to follow us around the world.
27th January - Fly to Lima - Peru
We will spend a couple of weeks in Peru staying at a desert retreat and getting a train up Machu Picchu to following the Inca Trail. We will then travel to the salt flats of Bolivia and Lake Tititaca. We will travel through Argentina to eventually end up in Santiago (Chile).
