Bird Life

The birds were captivating to me, none more than the two in this picutre. These are Red Crested Cardinalls (Paroaria coronata) and are originally from South America, introduced to the Hawian Islands in the 1930's. Get a pocket guide book if you go--it makes seeing the birds a lot more fun!
