Over the last 3 and a half months, we have been jumping from beach to beach along the Pacific coast of Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and the Caribbean beaches of Panama. Half the time spent lazing around in the sun. There was swimming, surfing, snorkelling, diving, the summiting of volcanoes and pyramids to be done, along with whatever else we could be bothered doing. The ... read more
