On Friday evening we travelled to Selly Oak in Birmingham for our team training day which ran from 9am until 4pm on Saturday. Unfortunately Mike was unable to come but the rest of us were there. The programme allowed us to discuss our hopes and fears about the trip, find out more about Ecuador and the work we'll be doing there and gave us the chance to continue to grow together as a group. We are a group of 6 volunteers from Queen's Park Baptist Church in Glasgow, Scotland, who will travel to Guayaquil in Ecuador in July this year to serve God and the people of Los Vergeles.
We'll use this blog to keep you up to date with what we're doing and let you know how you can support us through prayer.
