Insgesamt gibt es mehrer Universitäten bzw. mehrer Standorte und sehr viele verschiedene Fakultäten (92)und 16 Forschungsinstitute. Jede Fakultät besitzt ein eigenes Gebäude. Insgesamt studieren an der Universität Valencia 45.000 Studenten! Unvorstellbar für jemand der aus Bad Gleichenberg mit ca. 200-300 Stundenten kommt. Die Universität besteht seit ca. 1500.
