We took our new-to-us (old-to-the-rest-of-the-world) car on a little trip for the bank holiday weekend. The Queen's birthday bank holiday reminded us suitably of bank holidays at home with grey skies and chilly afternoons but still we can't really complain seeing as it is nearly mid-winter and camping was really pretty pleasant. John and I are off to Oz on the 31st March, the plan is Hong Kong on the way, work in Melbourne for about 9 months with travel round Oz, travel New Zealand, Thailand and then home again to get on with being proper grown-ups!... full info
