Thursday - the big day! I’ve been looking forward to this since I decided to make this trip. This is why I have been drinking water all week. Liz and I had a wine expert come to the hotel and charter us all through the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley. Our first stop was literally on the side of the road to take a picture of the vinyards growing in the Adelaide Hills. Then we went to a lookout ... read more
