After just over a month at home, a period of time which encompassed an incompetent attempt by H&R Block to complete my US tax return by the IRS deadline, it was time to head into terra nova again, this time bearing the proud battle scars of my Indian campaign rather than the clueless expression that had accompanied me to New Delhi back in November.
