Nha Trang has a lot to offer these adventure junkies. Yesterday we went mud slinging at the mineral Spa. We sat in these tiny tubs and they pumped warm mud into it. We then sat in grimy muck - oh wait exfoliating mineral mud - for 20 minutes and then went through a series of mineral baths. It was really neat and a lot of fun. Im not sure if I would do it again but it was for sure a different ... read more
