Not much to say about Pondicherry...the old part is quite french the new part very indian Hired a moped for the day and made the trip out to Auroville the "dreamchild" of Sri Aurobindo and "The Mother" a French woman back in the early 1900s. So this is it...I've decided to go travelling again....ok all it's going to be a bit less than the 2 year marathon last time. But it's still going to be as great and to a place that facinates me! Cheers to all the bloggers on this site who have given me inspiration and hopefully I'll be up to keeping the journal up to date...so, since the last time I was travelling this new fangled blog stuff as taken off...and with no doubt the odd time when I'll be stepping into a t'interweb cafe to escape temple fatigue I'll be able to update everyone about my 3 month stint away.
