This is downtown Eldoret. Take this small glimpse, multiply it by 1000, add in a dust storm, a shanty town, and another 1000 cars without trafic lights, and you can get a feel for what town is like.

Here are a few pictures of our daily life in Kenya. Sarah splits her time between working at the pediatric center at the hospital and working in the marketing department for a factory of HIV positive women who make jewelry and other artisan crafts.
