Never had I been killed nearly a thousand times trying to cross the street! Ok, slight exaggeration. Arequipa is the capital of crazy drivers who really don´t care about pedestrians. Cross at your own Risk! Today, I ventured off to go see the Museo Recoleta, only about a 15 min walk from where i´m staying, but it proved to be a tough venture. When you dream and dream of one day traveling...you keep hoping that one day you just might take the plunge. Well, after 5 years of daydreaming, I finally made it my reality. I got the guts to travel 7 months alone and the rest of the time with my boyfriend. A year and a half later, my travels took me to most of south america, St. Paul island alaska, Malaysia, Borneo, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica and Germany.
