Lumber Ship and Harvested Hills

The Monterey Pine(pinus radiata), grows faster in Central Chile and New Zealand faster than at home in California. A local told me the trees grow from sapling to 15 meter harvest height in 25 years.

I grew up in a small town. I went to Uni. I started taking pictures afterwards in 2000. Several cross country road trips and 3 summers in the Sierra Nevada forced me to fall in love with the outdoors.
