Indonesia December 30th 2008 I left my last entry in the eerie city of Medan in Sumatra. I left the next day with my personal "driver" Usni, a Muslim who spoke no english and insisted I ride up front on every car ride. He was a nice fellow, and due to lack of tourism, and subsequent income his fee was accomodations, food, cigarettes, gas and a potential tip in the end.
