Monday Dec. 8, 2008 Drove 155 miles today Left Pahrump and stopped in Baker at Del Taco for lunch. Then on to Calico Ghost Town and spend 2 nights here. Last time we were here was back in late 1973 or early 74. The upper part of the campground with full hook ups is far from level and it took a while to get us even close to level. We currently travel in our 2004 Winnebago Sightseer 27C motorhome towing a 1973 VW Beetle. We use Dish Network for our TV and a MotoSat Datastorm F1 roof mount Internet Satellite system for our internet. I installed two 120 watt solar panels, four 6 volt Golf cart batteries and a 2000 watt inverter for when we go boondocking. We like visiting and camping in National Park areas, Forest Service, BLM, State Parks and just staying out in the boonies.
