My last journal entry was written in FCO waiting to go home. We got off the ship at an ungodly early hour, maybe 6:30 or so, when it was still dark. I had never made contact with the people we were sharing a ride with, but I knew her name and just looked for the driver that was looking for her. We got to the airport in plenty of time and we said our goodbyes to JoAnne, since she was going on a ... read more

Tell us a bit about yourself: I turned 50 this year and celebrated with a cruise to the Mediterranean. I love to travel. I live for planning my next trip. Sometimes it is a cruise, sometimes a land trip. Usually far from home, but occasionally local. The travel bug bit me when I was 16 and my parents bought me a Greyhound Ameripass and sent me on my way headed from upstate NY to AZ to visit my cousins. My dream job would be to travel and then tell people about it. I decided to do it for fun, hence, I am starting this blog.... full info
