Birethanti is the entry point to the Annapurna Conservation Area and is a great place to spend your first/last nights of the trek. The Apple Strudel from the German bakery is aaaamzing - hot or cold. We stocked up and took a small supply with us. A day or two later they still tasted great... mmmmm
