We spent our last day in Bali by hiring a driver and heading to the overlook near the top of the volcanoes. Before us lay a sky blue lake bracketed by two peaks hidden under misty crowns. We had no sooner exited our vehicle with camera in hand than we were assaulted by a flock of vendors selling everything from sarongs to sunglasses.
