A few of us slipped away for a quick two hour tour of the lovely city of Brugge. Wonderful buildings with canals running through town. We called this our "No time for Rubens" tour since we had no time to do any of the things that we would have liked to do but found plenty to bring us back some day. ... read more

Folkids of Vermont is a group based in Burlington,Vermont that performs traditional New England dances and songs. Each new group of 10-17 year olds learns dances that were popular in Vermont in the late 1800s and then performs them to audiences around the region. At the end of a session, which lasts about a year, we travel overseas to spend two to three weeks in another country sharing our dances and songs with them.
