Our breakfast scene...
The breakfasts here are excellent. You have a choice of Indian or Western. The Indian food changes every day and the chefs explain which foods go together, what chutneys you should have with specific curries, etc. The Indian buffet is 100% veggie which is great as so are we!

Another wonderfully lazy day today so this is short. We had a pre-brekkie workout in the gym which overlooks the lagoon. It’s really nice as you can look out on to the wading birds just beginning their day. After breakfast we had a short walk to the local village. It was really interesting. The houses and shops are all Portuguese colonial style- very individual. We saw a couple of cows (revered ... read more
