Hello from Marbella, Spain! Brad, Janie, Greg and I are here for a few days, enjoying the Spanish Riviera. All the vegetation is the same as in Mesa, just healthier and bigger. Maybe that's what it's supposed to look like at home! We drove to Gibraltar today, after sleeping 12 solid hours to overcome the jet-lag (kinda worked, kinda didn't). Brad (the soft-hearted dad) and Tucker (the handsome 16-year old son) traveled to Beira, Mozambique on July 12-Aug 6, 2008. We went with Care For Life, a nonprofit organization HQed in Gilbert, Arizona. Most of our work was done in orphanages in the Beira area.
There are also some entries from a trip that Brad and Jenny (his beautiful wife) took to Spain and Morocco in October 2008.
