Crab "fishing"

Each person gets a long pole with a piece of what looks like bacon attached to the end of some fishing line. Most of the instructions are in Chinese so there is a certain amount of guesswork involved. The trick is to drop the bacon into the little holes in the mud below the walkway and wait. In some of the holes, a crab is waiting for a tasty morsel to drop by. When it does, you pull him/her (who can tell?) in! Thanks go to Bryon, another one of the fossil teachers, for the pictures of the second day. Our camera battery died.
