Baffle Creek
They call this a creek!! Named Baffle Creek because Captain Cooks men,when exploring the region were apparently baffled by the creek system.

Well once again we have arrived back at our base of River Heads. It has certainly been a godsend having Ann and Bernie's house to return to while we wash,repack and restock for the next trip. John can actually get a few good nights sleep and of course watch his precious TV with proper reception. We spent a week with Cheryl and Jeff in Mackay, although Jeff was working for most of the time. It ... read more

We are leaving the cold Canberra winter for a couple of months and heading North (just like all the grey nomads).We will travel up via the Great Inland Way and down by the coast.... full info
