So, ham is really popular here. Apparently because the weather is so dry, it´s perfect for ham to age maybe? I´m not really sure, but it is good. And in a lot of the bars, they´ll just have multiple hams hangning from the ceiling! it´s very strange to be eating dinner surrounded by raw meat...but then again...not so strange given my experiences at A&M
